Vision China, a prominent exhibition show finally took place. The event took place between the 15th and 17th of November 2022. This grand annual event gets attended by leading brands manufacturing intelligent vision equipment. Others included edge computing, deep learning, and embedded vision 5G companies. 

Among the top companies was Vicoimaging through its famous brand COOLENS. The event happened at the Shenzen World Exhibition & Convention Center. Vicoimaging acquired booth 8D09 in hall 8 to present machine vision products. With more than 10 staff at the booth, the company showcased among them the industry’s firsts. Such include the ultra-high resolution AOI lens among other machine vision equipment.

New Arrivals Exhibited in VISION CHINA(Shenzhen)

Being a leader in the machine vision industry, COOLENS had in display two of its late arrivals, one of which is a first in the industry. Both have been designed to provide high-precision measurement and inspection of various products. Read on to find out.

1μm Ultra High-Resolution AOI Lens 

This is the industry’s first high-resolution AOI lens. The model DTCA35F-11C -G-M58-ALV2 features a high-magnification telecentric lens. It’s designed for precise measurement and inspection of semiconductors. Currently, it is the only high-magnification full-frame AOI lens in the industry with the highest AOI lens.

It is a highly uniform coaxial illumination system with great correction for any chromic aberration. The high-resolution AOI lens also supports the customization of various spotlights and apertures.

This AOI lens is used in LED chip production where it does position checking, LED sorting, and spot checking. These functions help in controlling their quality during production by sorting out chips that have a defective surface.

 

Inner Wall Inspection Lens

This product is also referred to as model PRHI230-82. It is another new release from Vicoimaging used for inspecting the inner walls and the bottom of objects with holes. It helps in the inspection of bores that have a depth ranging between 4mm-20mm and a diameter of 5mm-120mm.

One can also adjust the field of depth and brightness by customizing the diaphragm’s aperture. It also supports a 5-megapixel ⅔” industrial camera. It has an adjustable working distance for various object sizes and shapes. It has a large field of view that allows inspection of the internal walls of objects.

The inner wall inspection lens also supports a maximum of ⅔” cameras with an imaging circle of 6mm. The lens’s clarity is much higher than traditional lenses that only rely on the depth of field to perform a bore inspection.

It is a contactless lens which means that you don’t have to place it in the hole. It is also compact, helping to save more space. The lens inspects the inner walls of components like screw holes, containers, and cavities. This is without the need for inserting an optical probe.

This industrial lens model is also referred to as DTCA121. It’s designed to provide high-precision imaging when inspecting big target surfaces. This delivers a balanced resolution and a greater field of depth.

Ultra High Performance Industrial Lense

This is still part of the DTCA series of lenses and its model number is DTCA24K. It supports the 24k line scan with 150 megapixels surface cameras. It has a huge aperture with great image resolution that has limited diffraction. Its ultra-low aberration and great telecentricity allow it to provide outstanding performance.

 

High Precision Double Telecentric Corner Lens

This is a DTCM-T90 series of telecentric lenses produced by Vicoimaging. It matches industrial cameras that have up to 150 megapixels cameras. It also has a diagonal field of view of 300mm. It’s loved for its space-saving installation with reduced equipment costs. The telecentric lens supports a steering design of at least 90 degrees.

Laser Internal Coaxial Lens

This coaxial lens model’s known as the LASER-75V1. It’s applied where the laser convergence optical path and imaging optical path overlap. It also has a very effective aperture for the laser light path. It comes with oscillators that help achieve outstanding imaging with no dark corners. In general applications, one doesn’t need to have achromatic field mirrors. It is perfect for laser marking, welding, and cutting.

IC Five-sided Vision Inspection Module

The five-sided inspection module helps to improve detection. It also provides concurrent detection of IC products. It has a multilayered light source design. It highlights product testing characteristics by using various monochrome sources of light. One can also customize it based on an application’s needs and the characteristics of the product. It is easy to maintain, and disassemble, and it is small in size.

Double/Triple Magnification Telecentric Imaging Device

The double or triple-magnification telecentric imaging device provides 2-3 different or same magnifications. The imaging device is a great space saver due to its great design. The design combines resolution and the field of view to provide excellent imaging.

Flat Line Sweep Telecentric Lens

Another one of the imaging devices from COOLENS at the exhibition. The multi-angle imaging device makes a 360-degree inspection. This is for both external and internal parts of objects that measure between 1-10mm. It provides the same optical magnification on all sides of the viewable surfaces. It has a self-illumination system as well as equipped with a telecentric lens.
