In our first sneak peek, VICO Imaging highlighted machine vision solutions for semiconductor applications. We showcased our COOLENS® WH, WWH, and WWK series for die inspection, demonstrating their C-mount long WD. Besides, our TUH lens is featured in wafer inspection, showing their ability to capture subtle defects. Our first sneak peek offered a glimpse into our commitment to cutting-edge machine vision technology.
For our second sneak peek at Japan ITE2024, we will present our solutions featuring COOLENS® DTCA35F for high-precision mask inspection. In addition, the TUL series microscope tube lens will be highlighted, catering to applications across different industries, such as semiconductors and electronics.
